Hot Ham, Cheese & Pickle Roll Ups

Servings: 8 rollups

Ingredients

  • 1 Tub Plucky Pickle Dip®, Cheddar Mustard

  • 16 oz Fresh Pizza Dough (can be purchased in the deli department of many stores)

  • 6 oz Deli Ham, diced

  • 1/3 Cup Coarse Chopped Dill Pickles, Excess Brine Drained

  • ½ Cup Shredded White Cheddar Cheese

  • 2 Tbsp Butter, melted

  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder

  • ½ tsp Dried Dill

  • 9-inch Round Baking Pan

  • Non-stick Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350º degrees

  • Roll pizza dough into 8x12” rectangle on a floured surface

  • Spread 1 tub of Plucky Pickle Dip®, Cheddar Mustard across pizza dough surface

  • Layer diced ham, chopped pickles, and shredded cheese across the pizza dough surface

  • Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into 1.5’’ strips – it should make ~8 strips

  • Roll up each strip ensuring the end seam is pressed and secured

  • Place each rollup into the greased round pan.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven

  • While rollups are baking, mix 2 tbsp melted butter, garlic powder, and dried dill.

  • Once the rollups are removed from the oven, allow to cool for 2 minutes. After they have cooled, brush over the baked rollups with the melted butter mixture.

  • Pull apart and enjoy!
