INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbsp Plucky Pickle Dip®, Spicy

  • 1 Cup Corn, drained

  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Cilantro

  • 1/4 tsp Cumin

  • 1/3 Cup Crumbled Queso Fresco

  • Corn Chips for Dipping

  • Optional: Bacon Bits, Green Onions, or Parsley for Garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix corn, Plucky Pickle Dip® Spicy, cilantro and cumin. Stir until well combined.

  • Spoon into a serving bowl and top with crumbled queso fresco.

  • Use corn chips for dipping.
