Spicy Pickle Mexican Street Corn Dip
INGREDIENTS
3 Tbsp Plucky Pickle Dip®, Spicy
1 Cup Corn, drained
1/3 Cup Chopped Cilantro
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/3 Cup Crumbled Queso Fresco
Corn Chips for Dipping
Optional: Bacon Bits, Green Onions, or Parsley for Garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix corn, Plucky Pickle Dip® Spicy, cilantro and cumin. Stir until well combined.
Spoon into a serving bowl and top with crumbled queso fresco.
Use corn chips for dipping.
