Plucky Pickle Dip Recipe Cubano_Sliders

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tub Plucky Pickle Dip®, Cheddar Mustard

  • 16 oz Sliced Ham

  • 8 Slices Swiss Cheese

  • 12 Dinner Rolls

  • 1/4 Cup Butter

  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

  • 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar

  • Dill Pickle Chips for Garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350º degrees.

  • Without separating dinner rolls, slice them in half horizontally. Arrange bottoms in a greased 8 x 12” baking pan.

  • Spread a generous layer of Plucky Pickle Dip®, Cheddar Mustard over the bottom of the buns.

  • Top with ham, swiss cheese, and a pickle chip.

  • In a microwave, melt the butter. Mix in the mustard and brown sugar. Stir until smooth and well combined.

  • Drizzle the butter mixture over the top of the rolls.

  • Cover and bake for 25 minutes.

  • Uncover and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
