Plucky-fied Cubano Sliders
INGREDIENTS
1 Tub Plucky Pickle Dip®, Cheddar Mustard
16 oz Sliced Ham
8 Slices Swiss Cheese
12 Dinner Rolls
1/4 Cup Butter
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
Dill Pickle Chips for Garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350º degrees.
Without separating dinner rolls, slice them in half horizontally. Arrange bottoms in a greased 8 x 12” baking pan.
Spread a generous layer of Plucky Pickle Dip®, Cheddar Mustard over the bottom of the buns.
Top with ham, swiss cheese, and a pickle chip.
In a microwave, melt the butter. Mix in the mustard and brown sugar. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Drizzle the butter mixture over the top of the rolls.
Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
