Fresh Veggie Rainbow Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Tbsp Tub Plucky Pickle Dip®, Original

  • 8“ Pita Bread

  • 3 Tbsp Red Onion, diced

  • 1/3 Cup Raw Broccoli Florets, chopped

  • ½ Cup Thawed Frozen Corn Kernels

  • ½ Cup Orange Bell Pepper, diced

  • 2/3 Cup Tomatoes, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Spread 4 tablespoons of Plucky Pickle Dip®, Original on pita bread.

  • Starting in the center of the pita, spread the red onion in a small circle.

  • Layer another circle of fresh veggies around the previous layer until you reach the outer edge of the pita bread.

  • Slice with pizza cutter or sharp knife and enjoy!
