Endives & Mini Peppers Stuffed with Plucky Pickle Dip & Tuna

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tubs Plucky Pickle Dip®, Original Dill

  • 2 Cans Tuna, drained

  • 1 Package Endive

  • 1 Package Miniature Peppers

  • Optional: Fresh Herbs for Garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wash & peel the endive and slice the mini peppers lengthwise.

  • Toss 2 cans of drained tuna with 2 tubs of Plucky Pickle Dip®, Original Dill, adding any additional fresh herbs to taste (we like adding fresh dill and parsley).

  • Spoon 2 tablespoons of tuna salad into the endive leaves and peppers, garnish with the leftover herbs.

  • Serve with your favorite crackers, breads, or snacks.
