Spicy & Healthy Mexican Pickle Layer Dip
INGREDIENTS
2 Tubs Plucky Pickle Dip®, Spicy
3 Ripe Avocados
2 Medium Tomatoes
1 Can Black Beans, drained
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Dice avocados, tomatoes, and peppers into half-inch pieces and place into separate bowls.
Drain beans and place in a separate bowl.
Layer 1 tablespoon of each ingredient into the individual ramekins until full.
Top with a heaping tablespoon of Plucky Pickle Dip®, Spicy. Serve with tortilla chips, or alone as a fresh Mexican salad.
