Spicy & Healthy Mexican Pickle Layer Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tubs Plucky Pickle Dip®, Spicy

  • 3 Ripe Avocados

  • 2 Medium Tomatoes

  • 1 Can Black Beans, drained

  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Dice avocados, tomatoes, and peppers into half-inch pieces and place into separate bowls.

  • Drain beans and place in a separate bowl.

  • Layer 1 tablespoon of each ingredient into the individual ramekins until full.

  • Top with a heaping tablespoon of Plucky Pickle Dip®, Spicy. Serve with tortilla chips, or alone as a fresh Mexican salad.
