Healthy Mexican Layer Dip


INGREDIENTS

3 ripe avocados
2 medium tomatoes
1 can black beans drained
1 yellow pepper
2 tubs Spicy Plucky Pickle Dip

INSTRUCTIONS

Dice avocados, peppers and tomatoes into half inch pieces and place into separate bowls.

Drain beans and place in separate bowl.

Layer 1 tablespoon of each ingredient into individual ramekins until full.

Top with a heaping tablespoon of spicy pickle dip. serve tortilla chips, or alone as a fresh Mexican salad.
